Louise Phelan is a high level Strategic Advisor with leading global companies, many of whom are listed on international stock exchanges. She deals directly at CEO level and with the senior leadership teams.

Her global expertise is recognised through her senior independent board membership of Ryanair the most efficient major EU airline group and Kindspan Group, a global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions.

As well as her leadership of several Fortune 500 companies over the last three decades;

Former CEO of Phelan Energy Group  a leading international energy developer with an exclusive focus on solar PV.

Louise is also a member of the Irish Government's Top-Level Appointments Committee (TLAC); and a member of the President's advisory group at Technological University Dublin. She is also a former President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland.

Louise's leadership achievements have been widely recognised - she is the first woman to receive the Sir Michael Smurfit Business Achievement Award; she is a recipient on two separate occasions of Ireland's Businesswoman of the Year and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy at TUD.
